On the recommendation of some guy we met in the area, we went looking for the Pa'Ar cave. What Saffie failed to mention that it is very very dark, even at the opening to the cave, as well as very narrow. Even once we found it, we decided to pass on entering the cave because it is very intimidating.

Yes Eva, even us New Yorkers know the necessary equipment required before entering caves (especially unknown ones) which is why we decided to pass on entering at that time. We were not equipped properly and were responsible enough to realize it. The whole point of my comment was, that Saffie failed to mention that this cave does require a bit of preparation before it is entered. The average day tripper in Israel may decide to enter it on a lark which may lead to tragedy.
