hi noam, you wrote that if we wait long enough , the middle east we become democratic. but you forgot to think about what will happen inside israel till than demographicly. the israeli arabs might be the majority, and israel will be actually given to them. so time is not playing just for us. we must think again about all that idea of democracy in israel poeple who give more to the country, should get more influance. not all the voices should be equale. if someone served the army three years, he should be count in the kalfi as four voices. one voice for being citizen, and three votes for each year of service there would no descrimination, since evryone can vote, every citizen, will have one vote, just for being a citizen. but he could add more weight to his vote by serving israel arabs/religous can contribute israel by doing national service. each year you serve the country-you become stronger in the knesset. this way we solve mmost of our bigesst problems. the zionits, the people who built israel,are losing it to the dosim and arabs. we must consider new ideas to prevent the catastrophy. adopting this idea will help our soulgers, they will not to begg like now for some help,many them leave israel after the service, they are good people, they go since the see were israel going to-dosim and aravim, becoming more and more fanatic in both sides.think for how long israel will stay democratic then.. by compromised democracy we might save israel as a democratic contry. democracy as it is,is not the most holly idea behind israel so think about it.. and who knows.. maybe even Ovadia Yosef will send his voters to serve in the army..
