2. They will never cooperate, they are not for the Jewish state
Hope by now all officers understood this. Or as usual; they want to keep trying till some more casualties? Ask any Jewish or Christian common person, other side body language speaks a lot about their attitude, and this must be considered.

3. It's simply unbelievable!
As long at the "Jewish State" treats its own citizens like this, it is not wonder they orientate more towards the other Arabs.
Where else in the world can a police-force kill 13 citizens of the state and not even one gets indicted? Well, forgive me, but I only have one example: Apartheid South Africa!

5. Ben Shlomo- where else are citizens inciting hate violence??
Islam again and again incites its people to violence. Our police forces are RIGHT to defend themselves as well as the public who does not wish to be intimidated by violence and hate education. Why don't you stop pointing fingers when you are thousands of miles away from what's really going on.

6. Do what must be done to protect law and people
Attorney General’s function and job is a any strange mixture of complete / decisive independent law position, combined with him being the governmental / cabinets juridical adviser which are liable to lead to strange decisions as it happens. The democratic principle of the three different pillars of government separate clearly the juridical part of his job from his political function.
AG’s function includes opening or closing of juridical criminal cases / files as per his qualified decisions. In this case the political judgment / necessities may be not too dig to avoid to stir in a political nest of hornets. The originally ordered investigation did not result in sufficient criminal evidence to justify an indictment. Maybe that the investigators were not all out beyond their routine way of collecting evidence owing to the political climate. Consequently the police did not find sufficient evidence to justify a recommendation to the Advocate General of continuing towards an indictment. - The declared objection raised by the relatives, Arab population of the area i.a. of opposing post mortem of the 13 killed one and at the later date when investigation proceeded further to exumination of the bodies to perform then post mortem is understandable on a human and possible religious level. Of course this made the investigation more difficult and would the prosecution have found a necessity to insist on this, their way to a court application remained open.
The Ord commission investigating these disturbances with 13 dead and nearly hundred injured recommended after having assembled witnesses, testimonies etc to continue this investigation to a possible result of conducting a complete criminal investigation with eventual indictments. After publication of this special commission with its wide authorities headed by a former High Court Judge presented the assembled evidence with it collected for further investigation by the appropriate authority the police. - The police investigation dragged out for quite a length of time which of course now make it very difficult to get acceptable / possible eye witness accounts etc after that length of time and after carrying out this investigation in a “not too friendly atmosphere.”
Considering all these may have resulted in the police investigation summary of “insufficient material for a possible indictment. - The AG’s office took sometime to scrutinize the respective files and again it took sometime until the complete material was conferred to the AG for his final decision. Again here sometime passed the political situation of this Arab populated area did not calm down the tension remain possibly even increased and here the AG had to decide on basis of not too solid evidential facts.
The building up of strong political pressure from the Arab population has to be taken into account and the AG can ask the investigators for possible further evidence which could enable him a review after his closing decision to delete the impression of a loop sided decision to counter the politically voiced suspicion of the Arab population involved.

Those arabs who got killed were blocking roads & attacking the police forces in the most violent and illegal way, they were not innocent citizens what so ever they were breaking the law in the most violent way. they are the only ones to be blamed for their death.
