the issue is not whether or not goldstein's home should be razed. jewish israelis do not need deterrence against terrorism. referring to an isolated event is not an effective argument. the issue here is a) whether or not this process is an effective deterrence and b) whether or not deterrence is the best policy against terrorism, and whether the deterrence lasts long term.
