Poll: Netanyahu most likely to advance peace    Ynet
1. Scary Times
These polls should frighten the wits out of all of us. How could ANYONE let alone 25% vote for Kadima, they have proven time after time how destructive they are? On the other hand the fact that even the so called righty Bibi has to campaign with the slogan of "Advancing Peace" is no less of a dark and frightening reality, people still believe you can make peace with the people who invented modern terrorism, and want nothing less than the entire Israel in their dirty hands. Are the Israelis that STUPID and Suicidal????????? G-D Help Us!
CIA ,   NYC   (12.07.08)
2. Just like a jockstrap,....
...I fully support the founding of a Palestinian State within the nation of Yemen. See. Then you will have a bi-national state. Pals and Yemmenis. Or is it bi-sexual? (Goats and sheep). I am sure that regular transportation services between Israel and Yemen, allowing for terrorists released from Israeli prisons can be facilitated. And I am sure that peace can be achieved if those who continually cause and aid in violent attacks on Jews in Israel are moved to that desert of a dessert. Those persons include Good Sheik Olmert of the Sticky Fingered Tribe.

3. The devil is in the details.
The questions are too general. If you lay out the specifics of any ''agreement'' with the Palestinians, you will get very different answers. How many people really agree to a divided Jerusalem? Almost no one agrees with allowing phoney refugees into Israel. Who agrees to a ''passage'' between Gaza & the West bank, cutting Israel in two? Where will the borders be? How many ''settlers'' must be evicted? Will the new Palestinian state be demilitarized? How will that be enforced? What about terrorism? Will the IDF have it's hands tied as is now the case with Gaza? What if Hamas takes over? What recourse do we have? What about weapons smuggling into a new Palestinian state? Would we allow them to have an air force? And the list goes on ...... Many people want separation from the Palestinians but don't like to think about some very inconvenient details. I think you'd get very different numbers were the questions more detailed.

5. SAME OLD NR 1
Bibi is not going to bring anything new to the table, his slime factor is the same as Olmerde's. And yes many Israelis are stupid and suicidal , because they are brainwashed by an uncle tom media that serves the same purpose as in any good old communist/facist state. For you to use the word G'd is an insult to our Hellenist Herzelists who hate religion.

6. poll: Bibi most likely to advance peace
As usual, Terry's post is correct, to the point, and raises some very good questions. This sounds like a phony poll to me. What were the questions, who was asked? I've been living in Israel for 30 years, and have never, I mean never, heard anyone at all, claim that they would like to see a Palestinian state created, bordering on Israel. That poll sounds like pure rubbish to me.

7. Get real
Believing that Netanyahu can get a better deal for Israel is as dumb as the Palestinians believing that Hamas can get a better deal for them. Netanyahu and Hamas offer less then their political adversaries and have no chance of getting agreements unless they moderate. If not getting an agreement is what people want, then fine. Otherwise, wake up to reality.

8. In the 60's we said that fighting for peace is
like........... never mind! Maybe it takes a hawk to make peace and a dove to make war.... who knows. I don't believe in fighting the inevitable since after all - the proof of democracy is in accepting the results of elections - even if you don't agree with the winner.

10. War and peace index polls
To see how accurate these polls are one must see who runs them first. The survey is funded by two academic bodies belonging to Tel Aviv University: the Tami Steinmetz Center for Peace Research and the Evens Program in Mediation and Conflict Resolution. The surveys are conducted by the B. I. Cohen Institute of Tel Aviv University. The joint academic responsibility for the project, including formulation of the questionnaires and analysis of the findings, is held by Prof. Ephraim Yaar of Tel Aviv University and Prof. Tamar Hermann of the Open University. These are the same people that said most Israelies supported swapping Kuntar..... http://www.ynet.co.il/english/articles/0,7340,L-3564495,00.html These guys work for the left.

Her face becomes like a face of an addicted;her features are becoming stiffed and tense;an air of cynicism is becoming part of her expression. I think so...

13. # 12 Harold I Think You'll Find The
Opposite is true.If he just goes through the motions and plays games ,while giving away no land, which is the clever tactic use by Mr.Olmert he will be indicted by the traitorous left Mafia who run the show.If you don't hear from me for a while...well I may have been banged up for revealing too much...

17. Negotiating Jewish Land =War Get it?
Peace will never come with the delusional Oslo mentality by giving away parts of the Land of Israel and removing the Jewish character of the State. The Arabs believe the entire land belongs to them and want willing to kill your sons and daughters. Wake up and vote Feiglin
Elise ,   New York   (12.08.08)
18. "Most Israelis" have lost their minds.
Most Israelis support a Palestinian state. Is there any wonder why we had an Auschwitz? Most Jews in Israel prefer to be slaughtered -- by the Muslim Arab killers -- than live. The Jews in Israel have lost their will to survive. No doubt about it. Americans will not give up one inch of this massive north American continent. Not even to the peaceful Lakota Sioux Indians who are requesting the return of some of their ancient lands in light of U.S. government treaty violations. Will the U.S. Supreme Court hear their petition? Not on your life. On the other hand, the Jews in Israel are all to eager to give away precious land to a non-people, dedicated to their destruction. Israel's Jews are nuts!
Steve ,   US   (12.08.08)
19. #3: The devil is in the heart of Israel's Jews.
Poll: "Most Israelis support establishment of Palestinian state." There is no excuse for this insanity. "Where will the borders be? How many ''settlers'' must be evicted? Will the new Palestinian state be demilitarized? How will that be enforced?" What difference do all these 'details' make in light of the larger picture? A Palestinian state in Israel is insanity. Israel's Jews have lost their collective minds! Israel's Jews don't deserve to survive.
Steve ,   US   (12.08.08)
