The best way to cut consumption is to raise prices - something the neanderthals in charge of water have not done. I don't mean a few percent, I mean a few hundred percent or MORE! There's simply no water, yet the government ignores the laws of supply and demand and have kept the price low. Sure, subsidize the poor people, but the only way to cut down is to make everybody pay a helluva lot more - residents and businesses and farmers alike. Hey, she's a babe, but spending 50 thousands shekels to see her on tv is not going to convince people to cut down on water use. Making them pay a lot more will do a much better job, and faster.

You can remove makeup best with cold cream, not water!! Aside from that, I am against paying Bar for anything after all the anti-Israel things she has said and not even apologized for. She is a stupid girl and there are plenty of other beautiful models that could have been hired instead of her. They deserve the money more than she does. That said, I really think that they should have used adorable children in the campaign instead of a mostly nude dumb model.
