Time for action    Anat Meidan
1. The time for action.....
The time for action should have been the day after Gilad has been captured. Let's not forget that Gilad has been captured on Israeli soil, and not in a combat situation. He should have been released immediatelly due to Israel's most harsh military pressure and diplomatic activity. Had the triumvirat in charge of the country the guts to do so?

2. you are doing what Hamas hopes for!
why are you giving Hamas more chance to higher the price? You actually make Shalits return MORE complicated not less and may cause that no deal will be brokered at all, because Hamas wants more and more pressure from people like Shalit's family. If Hamas would think that Shalit is not that important and Israel would actively pressure Hamas gravely they would fast agree to a deal. Against who are you protesting? Against the government? Against Hamas? Yes, try some public pressure against a cruel terror organization... won't work! we should rather be quite and let the government do everything they can to return him.

3. RELEASE OF SHALIT !!!.
THE PARENTS OF SHALIT. They need to be there until their son is released, not to give up, not to break, and also no longer fall for empty promises. The Shalit family and its struggle cannot be left to be managed alone in the Jerusalem cold. All of us must find an hour in our busy schedule, put aside the daily economic struggle, arrive at the tent, hug the suffering parents, and demand that the leaders do something. They must stop wasting time over the question of price and free Gilad Shalit. Fed up with words Even though it is a cliché, Gilad is the child of all of us and he needs to be here with us before it’s too late; otherwise, how will we bear the regret and sense of guilt later on? YES NOW HAS COME THE TIME FOR ACTION IN THE MATTER. THE IMPOTENCE MUST GO. AND GOD CAN TURN THIS TO A OPPORTUNITY FOR GREATER SOLUTIONS. MAY JEHOVAH THE GOD OF ISRAEL BLESS THE MATTER. Orao.

4. let us pray for the new terror victims caused by deal
(03.08.09)
5. No one will care when the terrorists murder again
Let's calculate our society's losses and gains for the acts we take today. Perhaps Gilad is everyone's child, but no more than the future victims of the terrorists released today.

6. To all those who object..
why don't you offer to exchange yourself or your sons for Gilad Shalit and show your valor!!!

7. Freeing Shalit
There is only one way to free Shalit (if Hamas hasn't murdered him) and everyone knows it. If the government announced the return to Homesh, or to the the Northern Gaza Jewish villages destroyed by Sharon and Olmert, Shalit would be released the next day.

8. action
Yoiu want shalit back, you take zohar, haniyeh and musri and their families captive. And Shalits, haaretz beilin peace policies have not helped you one bit. Olmert is a dumb s**thead, with 2 cowards for sons, and a wife who takes holidays on the backs of holocaust charities. The fact that she didn't know that the police allege ehud doubebilled in a typical white collar crime is no excuse. Olmert's hands are dripping with theft of monies or favours whether his house, talansky, and rishon tours. He used messer and zaken as fall guys. He is filth.

9. Stop The Stupidity
I think it's time for Israel to release every terrorist in their jails to get Shalit back and when these released terrorist begin killing Israel civilians, police and military, Aviva and Noam can say so what we've got our's back. It is utterly rediculous for a country to release even the number of terrorists that have already beeen released in hopes of getting one soldier back. Why is this soldier, who never even fired his weapon at the terrorist, more important than all the Israelis already killed and maimed by terrorist and yet to be killed by released terrorists ?

10. Shalit was doomed...
...from the moment that the Labor party allowed Kadima to stay in power after the Winograd commission. As Olmert admitted yesterday, they even ruined their last chance to save Shalit, the "Cast Lead" operation. Voting for the Right and throwing out Kadima is the one thing that might save Shalit.

11. The only way to get Shalit back
Continuous carpet bombing of Gaza down to the bedrock along lines starting at the northern and eastern boundaries, advancing southward and westward at 200m/day until he is released or until the lines reach Egypt and the sea, whichever comes first. Massive overwhelming violence is the only thing that Islam understands; it is the only language they speak and it is the only language they listen to.
