When is Israel finishing the "fence" I I ask, or the barrier between it and Egypt? Why are those bomb shelters not all completed? Are Israeli soldiers all getting bullet proof vests? Are the shelters in Northern Israel more ready than during the war with Lebanon? Why are there not mines at certain hot spots along the fence and the W. Bk? What are Israeli's priorties?
