Several hours after an indictment was filed against Federman for assaulting a police officer during the evacuation and demolition of his home in the West Bank, Border Guard and special police force officers arrived at the site to demolish the container Federman and his wife Elisheva were living in.

The operation did not go smoothly, and after the container was demolished, youths threw stones at the security forces. One officer was lightly wounded in the face, but was not taken to hospital.

The settlers reported that a young man and a young woman suffered light injuries from beatings during the evacuation.

Police reported that during the evacuation they located and detained a 14-year-old boy wanted for questioning for a number of police assault incidents.

The rightists said that the farm would be rebuilt yet again. "We will rebuild the farm time after time and there's nothing the security forces can do about it," one settler said.

Hours after the security forces left the site, a new structure was set up and the Federman family moved back in.

Noam Federman's trial is slated to start on Thursday at the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court. On Wednesday, the Jerusalem Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against him for the aggravated assault of an officer and obstructing a policeman on duty.
