The Kfar Saba Magistrates Court sentenced two members of the outlawed Kach movement to suspended sentences for scrawling anti-Arab grafitti in the town. 21-year-old Chaim Peniri and 30-year-old Yair Shriki were convicted of incitement to racism for writing "Kahane was right - get rid of the Arabs."
