The Al-Quds Companies, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, said its members were the ones who tangled with the IDF unit near the Gaza settlement of Morag.
The group said Ahmed Shihab, 20, from Khan Yunis, was killed in the clash, while a second gunman was badly wounded. (Ali Waked)
